Ok, maybe not the world. But we’re gonna try.
Let me back track here a few steps.
Not too long ago I started MomNation to be a place where we (real women) can post about the real stories of life. From being a women, to a mother, to a professional. Real stories, not so sugar coated. And we’ve taken off! So many of you have been posting and sharing your stories, the things that really matter to you, and I’m grateful. Thankful that you’ve put so much of your own energy into my project.

Not too long ago I realized that I cannot do this alone. I know, I know… I am super woman, but even she has an off day. But I jest. There comes a time in every women’s life when we have to let others in. Bring in people who are strong in the areas that you’re not, and build an amazing support system.
So last week I asked my biggest MomNation supporter to join me. Partner with me and help me build MomNation to be an amazing go to site for every women, mother, sister, daughter…heck even fathers, brothers, and sons might even find a place here. I would like to officially welcome…
Jen Banks
You know her here and on twitter as @JenBanksYEG and already she’s doing so much to help MomNation grow. I hope you all take a moment to welcome her to our site as a full partner, and show her all the love you’ve so graciously given me.
I had no idea that following a girl on Twitter with the same name as me, would make such a huge impact on my life.
The day I was asked to blog on a regular basis was a highlight of my whole year. I was so proud to be part of something I really believed in – Mom Nation. Mom Nation is the kind of site where you can be yourself, be honest and be supported.
As Mom Nation’s biggest fan and supporter, I jumped at the chance to partner with the (other) amazing Jennifer Banks
As am online marketing specialist, mom and blogger, I am really looking forward to collaborating with Jen to make Mom Nation into one of the go-to sites for moms (and dads) of all walks of life, parenting style and opinions.
In the next couple of months, be on the watch out for website changes, a new focus on our forum and a collaborative vision for Mom Nation that Jen and I would love you to be a part of.
Aside from the confusion with our names, I am looking forward to getting to know all of you better. This is going to be an amazing adventure and it’s just getting started!
I am so thankful that Jen has decided to join us. She is an amazing woman who does so much already, to add MomNation to her plate is asking so much. But I can already feel her passion for us, and she loves this site as much as I do.
